Thank you to everyone who joined us at our January social at Finjan Qahwa! It was a wonderful afternoon of coffee, conversation, and community.

Over cups of coffee and plates of cake, we shared a “D9 Neighbors 101” overview — who we are, how we got started, and what we’re working toward. We talked through upcoming events, current housing efforts, and the many ways neighbors can plug in and get involved. Whether folks were brand new to D9 Neighbors or longtime supporters, the conversations were thoughtful, curious, and energizing.

We were especially excited to see neighbors of all ages come out to this commuter-friendly gathering. From quick drop-ins to longer chats, the room was filled with genuine interest in how we can shape a more inclusive District 9 together.

The D9NH team left feeling energized and grateful. It’s clear that our neighborhood cares deeply about housing and community — and we’re excited to keep building that momentum in the months ahead.
